Aren't you guys used to winning divisions by now? I mean, does it even really mean anything anymore? How many times in the last five years have you won the division? Has that appeased the pain of an empty October? And how can you even celebrate with a $252M tumor in your midst? I'm surprised Jeter didn't haul off and slug A-Rod for that "biracial and good-looking" comment.
Stop being jackasses. Put the champagne away. You snuck in the backdoor because of the futility of your biggest rival. Celebrate once you've got a championship trophy in your hands.
