Petrino Could Be Smart

I might be a day, or two, or three behind on this. Sorry, I'm no slave to you.

Bobby Petrino is, of course, the new coach of the Falcons. Supposedly he's got the final call on whether or not Michael Vick sticks around next year, and he's not a fan of the Vicks.

Rumor has it (rumor, of course, being anonymous message-boarding) that Petrino still holds a grudge after Marcus Vick stomped Elvis Dumerville when Vick played Louisville in 2005.

I doubt that's enough to get Petrino to dump Michael, though the days upon days of Vick game tapes he'll be watching this summer might be enough to get the job done.

Here's to Matt Schaub.
