Team USA Continues to Roll
Team USA cruised to a victory against Senegal today to go undefeated through five games.
Finals MVP Dwyane Wade didn't log a single minute, and they didn't even need him, winning by a comfortable margin of 45 points. As each day passes, Team USA gets closer to its storied respectability of the "Dream Team" era.
This year's team has a much more balanced roster and one of the game's greatest personalities: Coach Mike Krzyzewski. Coach K's vision and tact have rubbed off on the players and, in my opinion, it's only a matter of time until an NBA team offers Coach K a contract he can't refuse.
While Krzyzewski is a god on the Duke campus, I think it's clear that his coaching style translates very well with NBA players. Coach K has a gift for getting everyone no the same page and you better believe that if he chooses to coach and NBA squad, success will follow.
